Why Not Use Standard Paint?
Painting Results in tiles being stuck to t-bars and frequently causes tiles to bow or warp with changes in temperature or humidity. Dirt on painted surfaces will bleed through and yellow the paint.

When you have an experience that is positive you go back and again and again and you talk about it with others.
When choosing a quality janitorial company or and other services do your home work. Ask the companies they service. Listen to what they say. Ask for letters of reference. Do they offer janitorial consulting? What does their training program consist of? Do they have a quality guarantee? Janitorial companies are a dime a dozen but quality janitorial care is far and few between.
